Felps Professional, in its online sales, clarifies that, despite its concern and efforts to always send the customer a product in perfect condition, it is possible that damage may occur during transportation or that it may present a manufacturing defect.
We partner with Correios to ensure that deliveries reach you in the best possible way and with the best possible quality.

Shipping types:
PAC: Shipping may be free for purchases above a minimum purchase amount and you can check the offer in the cart when entering your zip code. If your order does not reach the minimum value for free shipping, the delivery cost will be calculated according to the zip code of your delivery address (taxes and services are not included in this amount).
SEDEX: Receive your products even faster! This shipping option is available for some areas of Brazil, so check the zip code of the desired address on your address registration page.
Tracking: You can track your order at any time after it has been shipped. Here's how: check the status of your order directly in the MY ORDERS menu after logging into your account on our website, then just click on track delivery and that's it, you'll be tracking your order. You can also check it through the Correios website, by entering the code correctly.
Delivery: The delivery period starts after confirmation of payment for your order and is calculated in working days. Your delivery is calculated according to the postal code provided and which can be found at the end of your order, just below the delivery address.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary according to each ZIP code and the shipping option chosen. You can check the available delivery times for your address when placing your order. Simply add a product to your cart and select "Checkout". You will be redirected to the "Checkout" page, where you must enter the ZIP code of your shipping address. The shipping options available for your order will be automatically displayed. Simply choose the one that best suits your needs! Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made, and if none of them are successful, your order may be held for collection at a branch or returned to Felps Profissional.

Shipping may be free for purchases above a minimum purchase amount, and you can check the offer in the shopping cart when entering your zip code. If your order does not reach the minimum amount (may vary by state) for free shipping, the delivery cost will be calculated according to the zip code of your delivery address (taxes and services are not included in this amount). If you would like your order to be delivered even faster than our normal delivery, check the shipping options available for your zip code.
Attention:
- For shipping types, the order date does not count in the calculation of the delivery time, that is, your delivery time starts counting from the confirmation of payment of your order (when we ship it) in business days. This period may be changed during specific campaign periods.
- You can track your delivery on our website in "My Orders".
